Winnie May Stillwell

Winnie May Stillwell, 66, longtime Seminole area resident, died Tuesday, September 18, 2018 in Seminole, Oklahoma. Winnie was born June 27, 1952 in Seminole to Floyd Wilber Harris and Lillie May (Shepherd) Harris. Winnie was a homemaker and also had worked at the Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum for 10 years. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was looking forward to a new grandchild that was to be born in May of 2019. Winnie married Phillip R. Stillwell in Seminole on June 9, 1971. Winnie is survived by her husband, Phillip Stillwell of Seminole, Oklahoma, her son, Daniel Stillwell and his wife Regina of Seminole, Oklahoma and Shane Newby, of Seminole, who she thought of as a son; her grandchildren Eric Stillwell and his wife Armani and Samantha Stillwell. She was preceded in death by her parents. No services are planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
