Wilma Leonhardt

Wilma Leonhardt, 94, longtime Maud, Oklahoma area resident, died Monday, April 16, 2018 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Wilma was born July 11, 1923 in Duncan, Oklahoma to William Qualls and Molly Grace (Woodard) Qualls. Wilma was a member of the Assembly of God Church and was retired from Warner-Lambert Industries.  Wilma married Kenneth Leonhardt on September 6, 1939 in Duncan, Oklahoma and he has preceded her in death. Wilma is survived by her daughter Charlene Powell and her husband Kenneth, grandchildren; Connie Winter and her husband Tommy, Terri Scott and her husband Eddie, Keith Leonhardt and his wife Karen, Bruce Powell and his wife Diana, and David Powell and his wife Becki, 14 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son and daughter-in-law; Keith and Johnnie Leonhardt, great-grandchildren; Timothy Powell and Amanda Winter and her 10 siblings. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday April 21, 2018 at the Rock Creek Cemetery in Duncan, Oklahoma. Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma is in charge of arrangements.
