William "Bill" Bowman

William Chester “Bill” Bowman, 67 year old Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed from this life on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Baptist Integris Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  He was born February 25, 1951 in Fort Stockton, Texas to parents Matt Edward Bowman and Naomi Faye (Warden) Bowman. Bill worked several years in the oilfield as a steamer operator. On January 6, 1972, Bill married Vicki Darlene Acord in Hartman, Arkansas. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Vicki Bowman of the home; five sons, Bill Bowman of Clarksville, Arkansas, John Bowman and his wife Summer of Wewoka, Oklahoma, Floyd Bowman of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Brandon Bowman of Seminole, Oklahoma, Christopher Bowman of Seminole, Oklahoma; three daughters, Rebecca Boyd and her husband Billy of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Vicki “Michelle” Bowman of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Lisa Osburn and her husband Julian of Enid, Oklahoma; one brother, Elvin Bowman of Seminole County, Oklahoma; two sisters, Pat Jeter and her husband Larry of New Mexico, Evelyn Eaton of New Mexico; 23 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and dear friends. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Matt Edward Bowman and Naomi Faye (Warden) Bowman, by three brothers, Omer Bowman, Donald Bowman and Roy Bowman.
