He was born October 8, 1962 in Pampa, Texas to parents Wesley Donald Tiffin, Sr. and Norweita Lue (Nowell) Tiffin.rnrnWesley was a factory worker and a black belt instructor who had placed second place in the 1983 ATA National Championship. He was also affiliated with the Pentecostal Church of God.rnrnSurvivors include his mother, Norweita Lue Brown of Fort Smith, Arkansas; maternal grandmother, Madora Nowell of Oklahoma; two brothers, Calaph Noel Tiffin of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Billy Ray Tiffin of Van Buren, Arkansas; one sister, Charmin Kay Crossno of Fort Smith, Arkansas; two sisters-in-law, Janice and Katie Tiffin; six nieces; four nephews; one great nephew and many other family and friends.rnrnTiffin was preceded in death by his father Wesley Donald Tiffin, Sr.; one step father, Gilbert J. Brown; two sisters, Jaquetta Louse Tiffin and Naomi Lynn Dixon; two brothers-in-law, Charles Eugene Crossno, Jr. and Herbert Maylan Dixon.rnrnFuneral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 2, 2008 at Trinity Baptist Church in Maud, Oklahoma with interment following at Cummings Cemetery in Maud, Oklahoma.
