Wallie S. Haggard, 92, Longtime Seminole resident died Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Haggard was born October 16, 1917 in Yellville, Arkansas. Mr. Haggard worked for the City of Seminole for over 19 years in the Sanitation Department; he also had worked for T.H. Lumber Company as a truck driver for a number of years. After moving to Seminole in 1941 from Arkansas he met and married Mildred Cassell and they were married May 2, 1952 in Bentonville,Arkansas. Mr. Haggard is survived by his wife of 58 years Mildred Haggard of Seminole, Oklahoma. Two daughters Linda Chesser of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Bonnie Chesser of Seminole, Oklahoma, Three sons Tommy Barton of Shawnee, Oklahoma, James Haggard and Wife Anna of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Larry Haggard and his wife April of Seminole, Oklahoma and Several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Mother Cecil Henderson, Step-father Ira Deen, Daughter Delores Carter and Half-brother John Deen. Graveside services will be Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 2:00 P.M.  at the Little Cemetery with Manual Rivas officiating. Casket bearers will be Larry Haggard, Robert Haggard, Paul Norman, William Loudermilk, James Haggard, Tommy Barton, David Greene.
