Violet "Vi" Ball

Violet Sylvia “Vi” Ball, 91 year-old, Seminole resident passed from this life Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at her home in Seminole.  She was born May 3, 1918 in Biscay, Minnesota. She was a member of the Church of Christ and had worked at Wrangler Jean Company as a seamstress until her retirement.  She moved to Seminole County in 1961 from Anadarko, Oklahoma. Two sons, William and Charlie Ball both of Seminole, Oklahoma; one daughter and son-in-law, Annette & Gregory Peterson of Seminole, Oklahoma; six grandchildren and a host of other family and dear friends survive her. Violet is preceded in death by her husband Charlie Bruce Ball who died on January 23, 1983 and by ten siblings. Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Little Cemetery.  Rev. Russell Vicars will officiate the service.
