Vincent Nicholas Pepe long time Seminole county resident passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 56. Vincent was born August 26, 1961 in Fowler, California to parents, Vincent Thomas Pepe and Dorlas June (Hogwood) Pepe. Vincent graduated from Maud High School in 1981. Vincent worked at the Seminole Company and Joe Mills Well Service from 1983 to 1995. He then went to school to become a Correctional Guard at the David Correctional Facility from 1996 to 2006. From 2006 to present he pulled Hot Shot Trailers, worked for Smith Construction, Seminole County District # 2 and NP Services. Vincent loved hunting, fishing and farming and was an avid sports fan. Vincent married Twila Quillin March 4, 1983 in Bowlegs, Oklahoma.   Vincent is survived by his wife Twila of the home; three sons, Nicholas Pepe and his wife Stephanie of Seminole, Oklahoma, Aiden Pepe of Seminole, Oklahoma and Ray Blanton of Burmingham, Alabama; one daughter, Meghan Coleman and her husband Josh of Seminole, Oklahoma; two brothers, William Turner and his wife Anita of Catoosa, Oklahoma,  Daniel Pepe and his wife Amanda of Sherman, Texas; one sister, Carolyn Pepe of California; father-in-law Karlos Quillin and his wife Brenda; two grandchildren, Hunter Dale Pepe and Ava June Coleman. Vincent was preceded in death by his parents, Dorlas June Turner, Vincent Thomas Pepe, Aunt Linda, Grandma Bessie Shipman, his mother-in-law, Sally Quillin  and his best friend Mike “Mikey” Johnson. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 8, 2018 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel of Seminole, Oklahoma with pastors Jim and Nita Moreland officiating. Burial will take place at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, Seminole, Oklahoma. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Swearingen Funeral Home.   Because the family knows not everyone is blessed with such a loving husband and father, they ask that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Family Resource Center (domestic violence services), 211 North Timmons, Seminole, OK, 74868.  Note on checks: Building Fund in memory of Vincent Nicholas Pepe.   Funeral Information: June 8, 2018, 1:00 PM Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel located at 1001 N.
