Victor Franklin “Butch” Frair, age 59 and a long-time resident of Konawa and Ada, Oklahoma, passed away after a lengthy illness at First Shamrock Care Center in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. A memorial graveside service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22nd at Hannah Cemetery located near Dustin, Oklahoma. His sister, Pearline Sanders will read the eulogy. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Konawa, Oklahoma. "Butch" was born on April 16, 1950 to Lawrence Stephen Frair and Lelah Phern (Morris) Frair in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Victor leaves behind his mother, Phern Frair of Cimarron Nursing Center in Kingfisher, Oklahoma; one sister, Pearline Sanders of Kingfisher, Oklahoma; one brother, Tinker Frair of Loyal Oklahoma; one niece, Stephanie Sanders of Kingfisher, Oklahoma; one great-niece, Megan Frair of Enid, Oklahoma; and one great-nephew, Zachary Wright of Watonga, Oklahoma. Preceding him in death is his father, Lawrence Frair from Konowa, Oklahoma; one sister, Sandra K. Holland from Kingfisher, Oklahoma; and many other family members and friends. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his name to the Special Olympics.
