Vickie Sherwood

Vickie Lynn Sherwood, 58 Vickie Lynn Sherwood, 58 year old Bethel Acres resident, went home to her Father, Jesus Christ on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Shawnee, Oklahoma. Vickie was a loving mother, wife and grandmother who loved her family with all her heart. Vickie was born on November 17, 1957 in Nashville, Tennessee to parents Coastin and Shirley Garrison. She was the second of nine children in the family.  She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Vickie is survived by her husband Ed Sherwood of the home; one son, Edward Sherwood and his wife Shyla of Montana; one daughter, Lisa Sherwood of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; five brothers, Terry Garrison, Gary Garrison, Andy Garrison, Clint Garrison, all of Cleveland, Ohio, Clyde Sanders of Tennessee; one sister, Dawn Garrison of Cleveland, Ohio; six grandchildren, Dustin Wade Sherwood, Matthew C. Price, Joshua Cellum, Carson Sherwood, Victoria Sherwood and Kali Duncan, and numerous nieces and nephews. Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, Coastin and Shirley Garrison and two sisters, Terry Rowan and Wanda Garrison. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Temple Baptist Church of Shawnee, Oklahoma, located at 1904 E. Highland, Shawnee, Oklahoma.  Rev. Mike Craig will officiate.
