Valarie Dawn (Pierson) Allen

Valarie Dawn (Pierson) Allen, age 55 and a resident of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the Lord’s Community Church of Seminole under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole.  Nita and Jimmy Moreland will officiate. Valarie was born April 9, 1963 in Odessa, Texas to Donald Lee Pierson and Ora Ray (Clifton) Pierson.  She was a member of the Lord’s Community Church of Seminole. She is survived by her father, Donald Lee Pierson; step-father, Jackie Frank Moreland; one daughter, Kolisha Hudgins and husband, Steve of Shawnee, Oklahoma; one brother, Samuel Pierson and wife, Debbie of Harrah, Oklahoma; one sister, Pamela Currie and husband, Michael of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren, Tyler Streater, Joshua Streater, Madison Hudgins, Kennedy Hudgins, and Leighton Hudgins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ora Ray Moreland, and two brothers, Lee Pierson and David Pierson.
