Tommy O’Neal, Jr.  75 year old Seminole area resident and former Elgin, Oklahoma area resident passed from this life on Thursday, May 14, 2015, in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  He was born October 29, 1939 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents, Herman Thomas “Tom” O’Neal and Roberta (Carlton) O’Neal. Tommy worked for Cornerstone Auto Sales as an automobile salesman.  He was also a former Shriner’s member as well as a 32nd degree Mason.  Tommy was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Rory and Suzie O’Neal of Seminole, Oklahoma, Brad and Julie O’Neal of Salida, Colorado; one daughter, Kim Hooker of Corpus Christi, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Sue O’Neal of Gracemont, Oklahoma; one sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Lloyd Wilburn of Shawnee, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, (Rory & Suzie’s children) Alyssa O’Neal and Colton O’Neal, (Brad & Julie’s children) Dallas O’Neal and Garrett O’Neal, (Kim’s children) Kristi Edgmon, Roxie Brewer, and Kassie Weems; four great-grandchildren; Tommy’s former wife and the mother of Rory and Kim, is Phyllis and her husband Ollie Adams of Seminole, Oklahoma; former wife and the mother of Brad, is Joyce and her husband Harold Faries of Springfield, Missouri; Tommy is also survived by a host of other family and dear friends. Tommy is preceded in death by his parents H.T. “Tom” and Roberta O’Neal, and by one brother, Bob O’Neal. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 18, 2015 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Tim Tate officiating the service.  Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Seminole, Oklahoma.
