Tiffany Zanea (Vivier) Barton

Tiffany Zanea (Vivier) Barton, age 30 and a resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away from this life Saturday, June 10, 2017. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Grace Community Church of Vamoosa, four miles east of Konawa under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa.  Burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.  Rev. Drew Isaacs will officiate.  Casket bearers are David Barton, Robert Barton, Tony Vivier, Scott Ward, Lance Bowen, and Dakota Abbott.  The family will receive guests at the funeral home Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tiffany was born July 8, 1986 in Ada, Oklahoma to Eugene Paul Vivier and Cynthia Lyan (Abbott) Boyer.  She graduated from Beatrice High School in Beatrice, Nebraska and attended college at Southeast Community College in Beatrice.  Tiffany married Christopher Lee Dwight Barton on February 24, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She was employed as a Teacher’s Aide by the Konawa School System, and was a member of the City Council of Konawa.  Tiffany enjoyed cooking and shopping and was a passionate mother and wife who loved helping others. She is survived by her husband of five years, Chris Barton of the home; one son, Carter Barton of the home; one daughter, Tayla deKoning-Barton of the home; father, Eugene Vivier of Beatrice, Nebraska; and mother and father, Cindy Boyer of Konawa and Scott Boyer of Beatrice; one brother, Riley Vivier of Oklahoma; mother-in-law, Christine Cole of Council Bluff, Iowa; grandparents, Linda Abbott and husband, Ly Van Duc of Konawa, Jim Boyer of Fairbury, Nebraska; aunts and uncles, Jeff and Shaena Abbott, Mylinda and Lance Bowen, and Tony Vivier. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Freddy Abbott, Dave Vivier and wife, Joyce; great grandparents, Dexter and Eva Chaffin.
