Theresa Renae Sullinger

Theresa Renae Sullinger, 55, Seminole resident, passed away, Monday, August 27, 2018, in Bowlegs, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loving family. Theresa was born on July 25, 1963 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Clinton Leon Sullinger and Joyce Dean (Earles) Sullinger. Theresa grew up in Bowlegs, Oklahoma and attended and graduated from Bowlegs High School in 1981. Theresa worked for Oklahoma Farm Bureau for over 18 years as a Claims Secretary. Theresa enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandson, Theron. She loved wood working, cooking, camping and going on family vacations. Theresa is survived by her parents; Clint and Joyce Sullinger of Bowlegs, Oklahoma, her daughter and son-in-law Brenna and Robert Pierce of Seminole, Oklahoma, her grandson Theron Pierce of Seminole, Oklahoma, her brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Judy Sullinger of Seminole, Oklahoma, her niece, that she held dear to her heart, Melissa Sullinger, Tandi Thomas and her husband Jay of Edmond, Oklahoma, Tandi was like a sister to her, and special family members, Terri Ann Bowerman of Texas, Tim Earles of Bowlegs, Oklahoma and Jeff Earles of Midwest City, Oklahoma all who thought of Theresa as a sister. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Juanita Frazier, grandparents; Bill and Dora Sullinger and grandfather James Earls. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, August 31, 2018 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Carol Hopper officiating. Burial will be at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, Garden Mausoleum, East of Seminole, Oklahoma. Casket Bearers will be Theron Pierce, Robert Pierce, Rick Sullinger, Clyde Pierce, Jeff Earles, Rod Hopper, Steve Bowerman. Honorary Bearers will be Clint Sullinger and Tim Earles.
