Terrie Hudson

Terrie Ann Hudson, 55 Seminole resident Terrie Ann Hudson, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013 in Seminole, Oklahoma at the age of 55. Terrie was born, January 4, 1958 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents, James Lamar Crawford and Donna Rose (Smart) Crawford. After graduating from high school, Terrie earned a bachelors degree in elementary education. Terrie taught at Moore Public School for 28 years. During her years as a teacher she taught every age group in the elementary department. She was a member of the retired educators association and the Methodist Church of Moore, Oklahoma. Terrie was a good mother, and a talented teacher, who loved children and was always willing to give presents. She was a pet lover who cared for many dogs. Terrie married James Hudson in Hawaii. He preceded her in death on November 17, 2009. Terrie is survived by her mother, Donna Rose Crawford, one brother; Keith Crawford of Seminole, Oklahoma, two sisters; Rose Mary Crawford of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Jamie Clement of Spokane, Washington. Terrie was preceded in death by her father; James Crawford, husband; James Hudson, and son, Brandon Neil Whitten. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the Historic Strother Chapel at Maple Grove Cemetery, Seminole, Oklahoma. Linda Griffin Tuckett will officiate the service. Family members will serve as casket bearers.
