Shakespeare Chrisman Theodore McGeisey, lovingly known to family and friends as Teddy or Tedd, passed gently in sleep on June 21, 2010. Teddy was born in Los Angeles, California on December 22, 1950 to Thomas and Jane (Herrod) McGeisey. Teddy served in the Army during the Vietnam Era and retired from the Air Force. He graduated from UCLA with an architecture degree. He is blessed with three children and survived by; Genevieve McGeisey, Erica McGeisey, and Chrisman McGeisey and grandchildren Dallas McGeisey, Ryan Jones, Matthew and Gabrielle Jones, Brennden McGeisey, Justice and Britton Welch, Isabella and Mekko McGeisey and Kaleb Hente. He is preceded in death by his father Thomas McGeisey. His mother, Jane McGeisey; siblings, Thomas McGeisey, Jr., Dwight McGeisey and Marilyn McGeisey; children and numerous nieces and nephews are issuing an invitation to celebrate and remember Teddy's life and achievements. Visitation will begin on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at the Indian Nations Baptist Church in Seminole from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., wake services will be held at 7:00 P.M. at the Indian Nations Baptist Church on Thursday, June 24. Memorial Services are scheduled for Friday, June 25 at 10:00 A.M. at the Indian Nations Baptist Church with Pastor Bill Barnett officiating.
