Tammy (Hughes) Silmon

Memorial services for Tammy Kay Silman, 38, are planned for 2:00 P.M., Friday, June 19, 2009 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Drue Freeman officiating. Tammy died Wednesday, June 17, 2009 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Tammy was born September 6, 1970 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Tommy Wayne and Bertha Kay (Watson) Hughes.   Her father, Tommy and Sharla Hughes of Holdenville, Oklahoma and her Mother Kay Jackson of Hartshorne, Oklahoma, survives Tammy.  Two daughters Sarah Berkenbile of Seminole and Amanda Berkenbile of Bethany, Oklahoma. She is also survived by the father of her children Robert Berkenbile, Jr. of Bethany,Oklahoma. One brother Tommy Wayne Hughes, Jr. of Seminole, Oklahoma and two Sisters Georgina Lee Hughes of Hartshorne, Oklahoma and Bobbie June Spann of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and a step-sister Traci Bowen of Pace, Florida.   Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
