Syble Joyce (Mullen) Broadwater

Syble Joyce (Mullen) Broadwater, Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away at the age of 82 on November 28, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Syble was born October 22, 1938 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents Ronald Wesley and Bertha Marie (Pixley) Mullen. She was a high school graduate.

Syble worked in sales most of her life and worked at Sears until her retirement. She loved crafts, music and volunteering at the Heritage House where she also played the piano.  She was a member of the Wolf Free Will Baptist Church where she played the piano on Sundays.

Syble was survived by her daughter Debra Wear of Tulsa, Oklahoma, her sons; Mark Wear and Robert Wear of Oklahoma City and sister- in-law Nancy Mullen of Seminole, Oklahoma.  She was preceded in death by her parents;  Ronald Mullen and Bertha (Pixley) Mullen, her daughter; Vickie Moore,  two brothers;  Ronald Jr. Mullen, James Mullen,  three sisters; Pauline Kessinger, Sharon Cole and Wanda Nichols.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., December 11, 2020 at Wolf Cemetery with Pastor Alan Wood officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
