Suzan Gayle Smith

Suzan Gayle (Graham) Smith, 70 year old Seminole, Oklahoma resident passed from this life on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at her home near Little.  She was born December 1, 1948 in Bakersfield, California to parents Wanda Devore (Burris) Graham and William Louie Graham. Suzan married Robert Edward “Bob” Smith on December 30, in Moore, Oklahoma. Suzan loved to garden anything from vegetables to flowers. She enjoyed the outdoors and family gatherings. Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Bob Smith of the home; one son, Jeff Gwin and his wife Maria of Prague, Oklahoma; two daughters, Terrie Fried and her husband Richard “Rick” of Prague, Oklahoma, Jerrie VanZant and her husband Lee of Seminole, Oklahoma; one brother, Dennis Graham and his wife Michael of Marshville, Missouri; one sister, Sandy Hooper and her husband Jim of Red Oak, Texas; 8 grandchildren, Taylor Acker, Andrew York, Amanda Dawley, Thomas McGehee, Chris Fried, Lauren Fried, Alex Gwin and Crystal Gwin; and a host of other family and friends. Suzan is preceded in death by her parents, by one sister, Shirley King and by one grandson, Brian McGehee. A Celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Little Cemetery located north of Seminole on Hwy. 99. with Pastor Tom Akers officiating.
