Steve William Boone

Steve William Boone, resident of White House, TN, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, in TN.  Steve was born on November 30, 1958 in Burbank, CA, to Don Carrol and Gloria Mae (DePriest) Boone.  He worked as a manager at Roadtex Transportation.

Steve really enjoyed his work and was often said to be the hardest worker one knew.  He was very proud of his service to his country in the United States Marine Corp.  Steve loved his family and friends.  He was known to make friends anywhere he went.  Steve liked to travel and work took him all over the country but he always considered Seminole his home.  He was an incredible example of strength as he battled health issues.  Steve will be missed by many.

Steve is survived by his son, Justin Boone (and Angela Marris) of Castle, OK; daughter, Tanya Boone of Earlsboro, OK; brother, Larry Boone of Oregon; sister, Nyle Boone of OKC, OK; two grandchildren, Alexis Frank and Aden Frank; special friend, Renee Petric and many other family and friends.

Steve is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Kevin Boone.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Little Cemetery in Seminole County, with Pastor James Benedict officiating.  Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.
