Sharon Dale (Fidler) Hogue, age 71 and a former resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, went peacefully to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at her daughter’s home in Ada, Oklahoma surrounded by her family. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa. Rev. Mitch Williams will officiate and burial will follow at Konawa Cemetery. Pallbearers are Joe Don Jones, Bob Thomas, Skeeter Hogue, Steve Newby, Danny Khoury, and Randy Walker. Sharon was born July 24, 1944 in Konawa to Charles Fidler and Emma Dale (Bolton) Fidler. Sharon grew up with family on the Fidler peach farm and graduated from Konawa High School. She and her family moved to Seminole where she worked for Sears. Then, retired in Ada as a homemaker where she loved and enjoyed taking care of her pet dog, “Pork Chop”, and she loved listening to Elvis and country music. She also enjoyed the sunshine and watching humming birds. Sharon was loving mother and will be dearly loved and missed by her family and friends. She is survived by two daughters, Tammy Newby of Ada, Oklahoma and LeAnn Jones and husband, Joe Don Jones of Ada; one grandson, Landon Littell of Ada; three nephews, Tracy Fidler, Tony Fidler, Terry Fidler and their families; one niece, Twyla Cobb and her family; special friend of many years, Kay Bentley; and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Emma Fidler; one brother, Jarrett Fidler; and two grandchildren, Jake Newby and Leighton Littell.
