Saundra Billie

Saundra Lynn Billie, 44 Saundra Lynn Billie, longtime Seminole county resident passed away Monday, January 9, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 44. Saundra was born August 13, 1972 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents, Lester L. Billie, Sr. and June L. (Chupco) Billie. Saundra was a homemaker and a member of the Indian Community Church of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Saundra had a real kind heart always willing to help those in need, she was known by most people as Miss Billie or CheeChee. She loved crocheting, beading, cooking, fishing and loved all children. Saundra is survived by her companion, Alberto (Ramiro) Aragon; her parents, Lester L. Billie, Sr. and June L. Billie both of Seminole, Oklahoma; two brothers, Lester L. Billie, Jr. and his wife Tamara (Bighead) Billie of Seminole, Oklahoma, Todd Matchie and his wife Kristina of Konawa, Oklahoma; one niece, Tiara Billie; five nephews, Zachary Billie and his fiance’ Skylar Lofton, Nicholas Billie, Christopher Matchie, Christian Matchie and Jaylyn Matchie. She is also survived by a host of family and friends. Saundra was preceded in death by her grandparents, Thomas L. Billie, Sr. and Edna Davis, Louis and Juanita Chupco; cousins, Joe Chupco, Wanita Chupco; uncles, David and Ricky Chupco; aunts, Deborah Billie and son, Jericho Aragon. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Little Quarsarty Church, Cromwell, Oklahoma with Rev. Eddie Lindsay and Rev. Legus Harjo officiating. Saundra will be taken to the church 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2017. Wake service will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2017. Serving as Pallbearers are: Joe Chupco, Terry Chupco, Thomas L. Billie, Jr., Dannye Billie, Walter Pierce and Dennis Billie. Honorary Pallbearers are: Tristan Melear, Travis Long, Zachary Billie, Nicholas Billie, Scott Fox and Kevin Fox.
