Rosalie Abella Shores

Rosalie A. Shores, Seminole resident, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023 in Seminole, at the age of 58.  She was born on March 29, 1965 in Cebu, Philippines.  After high school she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing becoming a registered nurse.  She loved travel, visiting places like China, Thailand and Singapore.  She met her husband Ron Shores in 2009 and married him on August 8, 2010 in the Philippines.  Soon after she moved to Seminole, Oklahoma. Rosalie loved shopping, visiting new places, yard work and home decorating.  She is preceded in death by her parents Loretta and Diosdado Abella.

Rosalie is survived by her husband, Ron Shores; son Adrian Lyl Beltran and daughter-in-law, Princess Beltran of London, England; two brothers, Aldrin and Achilles; sister, Rachel and many other family and friends.

Viewing will be Thursday, July 6, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Funeral Mass will be Friday, July 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Seminole, Oklahoma with Fr. Benjamin Bandanathem officiating.  Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
