Ronnie Joe Dulworth

Ronnie Joe Dulworth, known to most of his family and friends as “Ron” died at his home in Seminole, Oklahoma on, Monday December 10, 2018. He was born on March 4th, 1952 at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to his parents Bill and Lottie Dulworth. He graduated from Seminole High School in 1970. Ronnie married his wife of 46 years, Rebecca, on August 25, 1972. They have two children, his son Ryan and daughter Courtney and three grandchildren, Hannah Ingram of Seminole, Oklahoma, Nathaniel Summers and Brinley Baros of Texas. Ronnie was employed by Sun Oil Company for 19 years and later became an assistant Golf Professional at Dornick Hills Country Club in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Upon moving to Texas he began a successful career in Sales and was recently retired. Ronnie loved his wife, children and grandchildren unconditionally and lived each day with zest and enthusiasm. He easily turned strangers into friends with his outgoing personality. Additional members of his family were his 2 furry friends, Rigley and Sofie that he called his “other kids”. Ronnie was very proud of his children and grandchildren, he loved to watch Hannah cheer and dance, facetime Nate and hold his newest granddaughter Brinley. Ronnie‘s passions in life were traveling to a distant beach with his family and golfing. Although he will be greatly missed, Ronnie would want each of us to live with joy and purpose, ask for forgiveness when wrong and love each other unconditionally. Ronnie is also survived by his brother Billy Dulworth and his parents Bill and Lottie Dulworth. Ronnie was preceded in death by both is maternal and paternal grandparents. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, December 14, 2018 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma, with Terry Howard officiating. Honorary bearers will be Ryan Dulworth, Billy Dulworth, Justin Dulworth, Kevin Cherrington, Bill Holmberg and Jeremiah Baros, Mike Cornelison.
