Seminole resident, Ronnie Charles Cole, 60, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2025, in Oklahoma City.
Ronnie, the son of Charles and Hattie Mae (Coker) Cole, was born August 22, 1964, in Seminole. He attended Pleasant Grove Schools and graduated with the class of 1982 as the class valedictorian. After graduation, Ronnie attended Seminole State College, receiving his associate's degree in science. Ronnie then entered the US Marine Corp, proudly serving and being deployed to the Middle East during Desert Storm. He enjoyed outdoor grilling and doing arts and crafts, which included leather work and ceramics. Ronnie enjoyed sporting events, particularly OU football, OU softball, and OKC Thunder basketball. He watched grilling shows, like BBQ Pitt Masters, applying methods he would see on the shows to enhance his own smoking skills. His deviled eggs will be missed, especially at family gatherings, that he loved very much. He was a humble, humorous, thoughtful, and grateful person. He loved country living and enjoyed nature, watching foxes, deer and other wildlife.
