Ronnie Cornelious Carpitcher

Ronnie Cornelious Carpitcher was born on July 27, 1967 to Andrew and Imogene Carpitcher.  He was the third of four children.   Ronnie was married to Helena Henry Carpitcher for over 20 years.  Ronnie was the father of three children, Ronnie Cornelius Carpitcher Jr., Matthew Wayne Carpitcher and Tedra Ronnell Savage, all from Oklahoma City, and one son in law Jaime Savage.  He also had five grandkids and many nieces and nephews whom he loved.  Ronnie was survived by two sisters, Wynona West and Rose Carpitcher both from Oklahoma City and one brother-in-law, Charles West from Weleetka, Oklahoma.

Ronnie loved life, family and friends.  Ronnie always called his sister, Wynona, asking if she was coming over and would always talk about the Lord, saying “He believed in Jesus Christ”.  He also loved to hear Creek hymns.  Ronnie was full of laughter, joy and would never hesitate to help somebody out in need.  Ronnie lived a long life where he impacted a massive amount of people. Most importantly, his love for his kids and grandkids brought joy to his heart and a big smile to his face.  Overall he loved his family and friends.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Wayne Carpitcher and brother, Clarence Wayne Carpitcher “Speedy”.

We mourn that we will no longer get to live our lives with Ronnie beside us, but know he will always be with us all.  Until we see him again, know that his light is shining on all of us and we all have a piece of him to carry on.

Those serving as casket bearers will be Patrick Carpitcher, Russell Hulbutta, Aaron Hill, Walter Hill, Jerald Fletcher and Lawrence Carpitcher.

Honorary casket bearers will be Michael Trevino and Joey Hill.

The wake will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., at New Hope Fellowship in Wewoka, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., at New Hope Fellowship, with Pastor Mickey Hill and Deacon Charles West officiating.  Burial will follow at Rock Springs Cemetery in Sasakwa.
