Ronald Traverse Ramsey

Ronald Traverse Ramsey, age 72 and a former resident of Konawa and Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, December 19, 2016 at Meeker Nursing Center in Meeker, Oklahoma. A Graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Vamoosa Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa.  Terry Edminsten will officiate. Ronald was born September 30, 1944, to Sarah (Long) and Marcus Ramsey.  Ronald enjoyed watching movies and being around his friends.  He will be missed by all of his friends and caretakers throughout his life. He is survived by his guardians, Tara Grace of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Trini Rodriguez of Maud, Oklahoma.
