Robin (Dodson) McCoy

Robin Sue (Dodson) McCoy, 50 year old lifelong Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 31, 2017.  She was born July 17, 1966 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents Robert Eugene Dodson and Linda Sue (Lemmings) Dodson. Robin graduated from Seminole High School in 1984 and later worked for Seminole Hospital as a physical therapist and in food services. Survivors include her mother Linda Dodson of Seminole, Oklahoma, three sons Brice Sims of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Dustin McCoy and his wife Amber of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Sheldon McCoy and his wife Jordan of Seminole, Oklahoma, one sister Roberta Moore and her husband Greg of Yukon, Oklahoma, three grandchildren, Weston McCoy, Ryker McCoy, Asher McCoy, a very special niece Parker Moore, and a host of other family and dear friends, and her little dog "Sammy". Robin was preceded in death by her father Robert Dodson in 2005. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 6, 2017 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Pastor Roy Robertson officiating the service.  Interment will follow at Little Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be: Sheldon McCoy, Dustin McCoy, Caleb Colvin, Brett Miller, Stephen Miller and Kevin Bane. Honorary Bearer will be: Ricardo Prieto and Marcus Birdtail.
