Robert Edmon Kyles

Robert Edmon Kyles, Oklahoma City resident, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 73.  Robert was born on August 30, 1950 in Monroeville, AL to Joe Nathan Kyles and Rachel (Stallworth) Kyles. He grew up and spent most of his childhood in Pensacola, Florida.  He proudly served and after almost 22 years, retired from the United States Marine Corps. His career included two tours in Vietnam.

Robert was an avid coin collector.  He enjoyed gardening and cooking.  Robert loved his children and grandchildren with all his being.  His purpose in life was to serve God, serve his family and serve his country. Robert was a loving man who touched the hearts of all who knew him. He will be missed dearly.

Robert is survived by his sons, Stevie Kyles of Vail, AZ and Teddy Kyles of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Natasha Kyles of Sierra Vista, AZ; brother, Joseph Kyles; sisters, J Ann Sehhati and Mamie Stephens along with her husband and dearest friend Roy Stephens. Robert was blessed with five grandchildren, Veronika, Samantha, Tahni, Imani and Akemi and many other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Service in Seminole, OK.
