Robert K. Crockett

Robert Kenneth Crockett, 62, Midwest City, Oklahoma resident, died Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at his home in Midwest City. Robert was born January 16, 1956 in Birmingham, Alabama to and June (Kruger) Crockett and James R. Crockett. Robert had worked for several years at the OU Health Science Center as an HVAC Technician. Robert coached girls fast pitch softball and was an avid supporter of the 2nd amendment. He enjoyed firearms and practiced his marksmanship.  Robert also served his country in the United States Army and received the rank of SP4. Robert is survived by his wife Deborah K. (Nelson) Crockett of the home in Midwest City, Oklahoma, they enjoyed 39 wonderful years together. They were married on February 27, 1979 in San Diego, California. He was also survived by one son Elijah Crockett and his wife Danielle of South China, Maine, two daughters; Randee Milam and her husband David of Shawnee, Oklahoma and LeAnne Edwards and husband Destry of Virginia, one brother Clyde Stout and his wife Arden of Conroe, Texas, two sisters; Paula Green and her husband Michael of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Betty Rongve of Arlington, Washington and seven grandchildren. Robert is preceded in death by his parents and one son Robert K. Crockett II. Private family services will be held at a later date. Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole, Oklahoma is in charge of Cremation arrangements.
