Ricky Lee Lewis

Graveside services for Seminole resident Ricky Lee Lewis are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 25, 2010 at Resthaven Memorial Park in Shawnee Revs. Bruce Benson and Jess Powers will officiate. Ricky passed away on Friday, January 22, 2010 in Seminole at the age of 51.  He was born to John Vandever Lewis and Wilma Jean Ross on June 3, 1958 in Seminole. Ricky received his High School GED, and worked as an Auto Sales Consultant.  He was of Protestant faith. Ricky is survived by his father, John V. Lewis of Seminole; two sons, Shannon Lewis of Seminole and Ryan Lewis of McAlester; four daughters, Amanda Lewis, Michelle Lewis, Ashley Lewis, all of Drumright, and Megan Lewis of Wewoka; one brother, John M. Lewis of Seminole; one sister, Barbara Lewis Hail of Hennessey; two grandchildren, Jordan Lewis and Kailee Lewis, and one on the way (a girl). He is preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Lewis; and one sister, Anna Lewis Hail. Pallbearers will be Shannon Lewis, Billy Hill, Donald Emmitt, Jeff Lewis, James Hail and Mike White. Honorary bearer will be Ryan Lewis. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to "Recovery in Christ" of the Community of Christ Church or favorite charity on behalf of Ricky Lewis.
