Richard was born August 20, 1963 in Jeannett, Pennsylvania to Parents Terrall James “J.T.” Whigam and Betty Lou (Postiseck) Whigam. Richard moved to Seminole, Oklahoma 3 years ago from Arizona. Richard was a auto mechanic at the 6th Street Motors in McAlester, Oklahoma. Richard married Annette Louise(Hurlburt) Whigam, on September 6, 2006 in Indianola, Oklahoma. Richard is survived by his loving wife Annette Whigam, of Seminole, Oklahoma, his daughter Sherrol Nicole Whigam of Hamilton, Ohio, one son Joshua Daniel Beaver of Seminole, Oklahoma, one twin brother, Robert James Whigam and his wife Pam of Arizona, two sisters, Ranie Lou Blankman of Washington State, and Ronda Lou Drake of Phoenix, Arizona , and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded by his parents and one son Justin David Beaver. Cremation Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma. Cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
