Regina Ann Dennis, 55, Norman, Oklahoma resident, died Monday, December 2, 2019, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Regina was born March 19, 1964 in Hamlin, West Virginia to Edward Keith Bias, Sr. and Barbara Sue (Welch) Mattingly. Regina spent most of her childhood life in Prague and Oklahoma City. Regina was an outreach specialist with COEED in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Regina had an associate’s degree in Business Accounting and Bible Theology. Regina enjoyed family activities, cooking, shopping, decorating, horseback riding, cake decorating and was very active at the Seminole First Assembly of God church, where she attended. Regina is survived by her mother; Barbara Mattingly, fiancé Dermot King of Ireland, two daughters; Ashley Somers and Jordann Dennis of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and one son; Jared Burchette and his wife Andrea of Mt. Caramel, Illinois, two brothers; Eddie Bias of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Doug Bias of Norman, Oklahoma, two sisters; Kay McKee and her husband Scott of Prague, Oklahoma and Angela Drury of Moore, Oklahoma, grandchildren; Christopher Somers, Keagan and Kinzley Somers and Deklan Dennis, along with numerous nieces and nephews, whom she dearly loved. Regina always found the positive in everyone. She could turn a negative situation into a positive one, with her sweet kind words and glorious smile. She adored her trips to Ireland and the people of the country, especially Dermot King and his daughter Lauren King. Regina loved to praise and worship our Father God. She is loved by numerous people and enjoyed serving others, her family was her life. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Bias, her grandmother Roma Welch, her son Elijah Dennis and her aunt Joyce White. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the Seminole First Assembly with Rev. Doyle Long officiating. Honorary bearers will be Keagan Somers, Dermot King, Jacob McKee, Justin Somers, John Stanfill and Jade Brignac.
