Seminole resident Ree Perry Cooper passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2007 at the age of 93 in Seminole. She was born on September 8, 1913 in Waurika, Oklahoma to Charles Duane and Cora Lee (Perry) Snider. rnrn rnrnShe was a graduate of Waurika High School and attended the Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She is a member of the First Baptist Church in Sulphur, Oklahoma. Ree met and married Charles Freeman Cooper on September 8, 1941 in Waurika, Oklahoma, together they resided in Sulphur, Oklahoma where lived from 1945 until 1997 where she then moved to Seminole to make her home. She has been a resident of Seminole Estates Nursing Home for the past five years where she was cared for by a very devoted and caring staff, for which her family will forever be grateful. The family wishes to express much thanks to the Staff of Seminole Estates as well as Heartland Hospice.rnrn rnrnHer parents precede her in death, son-in-law, Gerald Lynn Moreland, Great granddaughter, Cami Smith.rnrn rnrnShe is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Charles Snider and Vickie Cooper of Davis, Oklahoma, and daughter Rebecca Lee Moreland of Seminole.rnrnShe is also survived by grandchildren: Charlie and Robin Cooper of Davis, Oklahoma, Heather and Jeff James of Seminole, Brandon and Karin Moreland of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Devin and Anthony Smith of Edmond, Oklahoma.rnrn rnrnShe is also survived by great grandchildren Lexia and Jackson Cooper of Davis, Oklahoma, Jenson and Jacey James of Seminole, Oklahoma, Emma, Meagan, Jillian and Bradley Moreland of Edmond, Oklahoma, Conner and Catelyn Smith of Edmond, Oklahoma.rnrnShe also leaves to cherish her memories three very special sister-in-law: Dolores Snider, of Yukon, Oklahoma, Mary Lacy Snider of Fredrick, Oklahoma, Edna Cooper of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.rnrn rnrnInterment is scheduled for 10:00am, Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at Suplhur Cemtery in Sulphur, Oklahoma.
