Phyllis Holder

Phyllis Odelia Holder, 69, Shawnee, Oklahoma resident, died Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Phyllis was born September 7, 1948, in Seminole to Johnny Bladsole “JB” Holder and Pauline Lodema (Lyle) Holder. Phyllis was a longtime Case Manager in the Aging Services Department for the Department of Human Services for the State of Oklahoma. Phyllis is survived by her sister Ethelene Houck and her husband Leonard B. Houck, two brothers Danny James Holder and his wife Peggy Holder and Micheal Lee Holder, her nephews Garry D. Houck, Jerry T. Houck and Zachary B. Holder and grandnephew, Alon C. Sloan, Nieces Teresa Sloan and grandniece McKay Houck-Elliott. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday July 7, 2018 at the Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma with Pastor Jeff Nance and Don Jonker officiating. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
