Phillip Glen Wilson, age 57, passed away July 19, 2020 at his home in Seminole, Oklahoma. He was born in Plainview, Texas on September 29, 1962 to parents Billy Gene Wilson and Wanda Charlene (Ogle) Wilson.
Phillip was a high school graduate. He was the owner/operator of Wilson Pecans and Wilson Equipment. He also operated a 400-acre cattle ranch and started pondwater mines among various successful businesses. He enjoyed farming, fishing and rodeos. He was a great father and grandfather and always put his family first. He was extremely hard working.
Phillip is survived by his son; Jered Wilson, brother; Joel Wilson, sister; Sheila Wilson and grandchildren; Bryton Wilson and Lyla Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents Billy and Wanda Wilson.
Memorial services for Phillip will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 24, 2020 at Highway Baptist Church at Little, Oklahoma. Rev. Carl Whitfield will officiate.
Instead of flowers, the family is requesting donations toward Phillip’s funeral expenses be made to Swearingen Funeral Home, 1001 N. Milt Phillips Avenue, Seminole, Oklahoma 74868 or by phone at (405)382-3456.
Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
