Percy Wayne Harrell, 56 Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 12, 1958, Mr. Harrell was the oldest of four children of Lottie Mae Coody and Clarence Augusta Harrell. He passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015 at his home at the age of 56. Mr. Harrell, married Kim Miller Nulek; they were married for 22 years. He was the father of two sons, Clarence Francis “Rain” Harrell and Jacob Carlisle “Little Sun” Harrell. As a young boy, he was an excellent student and phenomenal star athlete in both football and basketball.  After high school he attended Florida State University where he graduated with a degree in business. He was accepted to the Antioch School of Law in Washington D.C., where he graduated top of his class as a paralegal. After graduating he moved to Kay county as the District Attorney and he helped local tribes. He also worked as an EMT and a volunteer fire fighter. Mr. Harrell, moved to Florida, where he started several businesses.  He collaborated with the local tribes there as well. For the last several years, he worked with and for many tribes writing grants. Among the most notable were the Creek Nation and the Alabama Quassarte Tribes but he was always willing to help any tribe when they had a need. He was very knowledgeable on many subjects. When he wasn't telling a story or joke, he was sharing his wisdom with anyone that asked or was just listening. It is a great loss to the friends and family he leaves behind, but more so to the tribes and people he had yet to finish helping.
