Pearliree Gordon Roberson, 97, Lima, Oklahoma resident, became absent from the body and now present with her Lord, on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at her home. Pearliree was born on September 6, 1921 in Lima, Oklahoma to Felix Gordon and Willie Mae (Jackson) Gordon. She grew up in Lima and attended school there. Pearliree moved to California where she met and married Johnny L. Roberson. They moved back to Oklahoma in 1966. Pearliree was a faithful, loyal and devoted member of the First Baptist Church in Lima, Oklahoma and worked as a nurse’s aide during her working years. Pearliree was preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Willie Mae Gordon, her husband Johnny L. Roberson, brothers George, Wilbert, Eldridge Gordon; sister; Noami Brown, her son Cecil R. Jackson, granddaughter; Kimberly A. Jackson, and grandsons; Fernando and James B. Jackson. She leaves to cherish her memories, her son James E. Jackson and daughter, Gwendolyn F. Roberson, her sister, Frances Botsford and her husband Phillip, her brother Johnny Gordon and his wife Pam and her brother Frank Gordon, she is also survived by her grandchildren Arthur L. and Polly Jackson, Treasha and Todd Goss, Otis Jackson,Collette and Wendell Payne, Colletta and Rodney Davis, Monzell and Donna Louie, Yvette Jackson, Alexandria Douglas, Emanual and Danielle Douglas, Germaine Caldwell, Derrick Caldwell, Sherwood and Stacy Jackson and Tyrone Jackson, and a host of many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Viewing for Pearilee will be from 1:00 to 6:00 P.M., Friday, August 2, 2019 at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Dr. Rev. W.E. Cooper. Burial will follow at Lima Cemetery, East of Seminole Oklahoma. Casket bearers will be; Sherwood Jackson, Otis Jackson, Todd Goss, Monzell Louie, Derrick Louie, Lonzo Jackson.
