Patsy Ann "Patti" Carter, 60 year old Seminole resident passed from this life on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at Seminole Medical Center. She was born June 15, 1946 in Ontario, Oregon to parents Jasper Newton Brown and Jewel D. (McDonald) Brown.rnrnPatti attended Seminole Schools and was of the Baptist faith she had worked as a seamstress and waitress until she became disabled. She moved to Seminole six months ago from Quartzsite, Arizona.rnrnPatti married David Cathey in 1966 in Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnSurvivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Kelli Cathey of Shawnee, Oklahoma.rnrnTwo daughters and a son-in-law, Lisa Cathey of Seminole and Shauna and Brian Cochran of Bowlegs, Oklahoma.rnrnHer former Husband, David Cathey of Bowlegs, Oklahoma.rnrnOne brother, Larry Brown of Wewoka, Oklahoma.rnrnOne sister-in-law, Donna Brown of Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnSixteen grandchildren.rnrnShe was preceded in death by her parents.rnrnCremation Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home - Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnThe Family has scheduled a memorial service to be held at 2:00 p.m. - Saturday -September 9, 2006 - The service will be held at the family home at 100 Washington Street in Bowlegs, Oklahoma.
