Patsy Annebelle Cochran was born on October 18, 2008 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Natika Ann Miles. She passed away on February 20, 2009 at the age of 4 months and 2 days. rnrnShe is survived by her mother Natika Ann Miles and Tommy Hasbell, Jr. of Bowlegs. Grandparents: Brian and Shauna Cochran and Kay Hasbell of Seminole, great grandparents, Dave and Carolyn Cathey of Bowlegs, Pam and Dale Turley of Snowflake, Arizona and great grandpa, Louie Richards of Seminole. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.rnrnShe is preceded in death by her great grandmother, Patsy Ann Carter. rnrnFuneral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at Swearingen Funeral Chapel with Pastor Brian Shirley officiating.
