Ouilda L. "Wilda" (Walker) Streetman

Ouilda Lucille “Wilda” (Walker) Streetman, age 89 and a life-long resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Grace Living Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa.  Ed Bray, Pastor of Cross Timbers Church of Konawa will officiate.  Burial will follow at Konawa City Cemetery. Wilda was born on September 16, 1925 in Konawa to Raymond Walker and Myrtle (Berry) Walker.  She received an Associate degree from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, and married Jack Streetman on November 9, 1947 at the First Baptist Church of Konawa.  Wilda was also a member of the First Baptist Church.  She and her husband, Jack, owned and operated Streetman’s Super Market of Konawa. She is survived by one son, Barry Streetman and wife, Kim of Konawa; one daughter, Shelley Sawatzky and husband, Fred of Stillwater, Oklahoma; one brother, Doug Walker and wife, Cecilia of Konawa; two sisters, Shirley Shirley of Ada, Oklahoma, and Virginia Hickey of Front Royal, Virginia; two grandchildren, Zachary Heister and Brett Hill; three great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Cade, and Sophie Hill. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Myrtle Walker; husband, Jack Streetman on June 25, 2003; and one sister, Wilma Jo Welborne.
