Norma Lee (Smith) Johnston, age 95, longtime Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away on October 17, 2020. She was born September 19, 1925 in Oilton, Oklahoma to parents Montie C. Smith and Lenora Gertrude (Cotner) Smith. She graduated from Prairie Valley High School in Seminole, Oklahoma where she played basketball.  Norma had been a resident at Avonlea Cottage in Seminole for the last 8 years and loved living there.

Norma was Vice-President of First Federal Savings & Loan in Seminole until her retirement. She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ in Seminole. She was a member of the Business & Professional Women. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles and sports on television.

Norma is survived by her sons; Michael Dollar, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Richard L. Dollar and his wife Carol of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Lynn C. Dollar, Jr. and his wife Renee of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Ronnie Lee Dollar of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, her sister; Monta M. Cross of Denton, Texas , six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands, Lynn C. Dollar and Charles Johnston, Jr.

Visitation and viewing for Norma will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma. Private burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
