Noma Maxine (Mosley) Rounsaville, lifelong Konawa area resident, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2007, at her residence in Konawa, at the age of 81.rnrnShe was born on July 6, 1925 in Bristow, OK to Washington Clarence Mosley, Sr. and Mirtie Lee (Risenhoover) Mosley. She was born the 4th of 15 children and was the eldest daughter. Maxine was vital in helping her parents take care of her siblings.rnrnShe married Elmer "Shorty" Rounsaville on June 10, 1944 in Holdenville, OK and he preceded in death in 1997 after over 53 years of marriage.rnrnMaxine was a loving provider for the elderly. She was a member of the Konawa Church of the Nazarene.rnrnShe is survived by two sons, Jackie Charles Rounsaville and his wife Judy of Henderson, NV and Bobby Joe Rounsaville and his wife LaMona of Konawa; rnrnFour brothers, Floyd Mosley of Oregon, Lloyd Mosley of Konawa, Leon Mosley of Wewoka and Bill Mosley of Denton, TX; rnrnTwo sisters, Ellen Satterwhite of Spencer, OK and Sue Amundson of Del City, OK; rnrnGrandchildren, Roger and Shawna Rounsaville of Yukon, OK, Amy Rounsaville, of Seymore, TN, Tambra and Daniel Merchant of Stonewall, OK, Russell Rounsaville of Yukon, OK, Barbie Rounsaville of Konawa and Lance and Stephanie Rounsaville, of El Reno, OK; rn14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.rnrnShe was also preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, William Cleo Mosley, Ralph Lee Mosley, Jack Edward Mosley, William Clarence Mosley, Jr. and Ellis Eldon Mosley and three sisters, Evelyn Marie Mosley Harms and infants Lorene and Florene Mosley.rnrnFuneral services will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa with Rev. Grady Roundtree and Rev. Cary Tipton, officiating.rnBurial will follow at Konawa Cemetery. rnServing as pall bearers will be Roger Rounsaville, Russell Rounsaville, Lance Rounsaville, Roy Hicks, Levi Moore and Tristan Wood. Honorary bearers will be Gareth Wood, Noah Merchant and Ian Merchant. rnServices are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Konawa. Funeral Information: April 23, 2007, 10:00 AM
