Nicole Davis Daniel, 26-year-old Seminole resident passed away on Monday, August 18, 2008 in Seminole, Oklahoma. rnrnShe was born December 16, 1981 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Pamela Kay (Davis) Daniel and Stephen Marshall Daniel. rnrnOn July 6, 1995 her life changed forever. Nicole was in an automobile accident in which she received serious head trauma and brain damage, which left her in a coma and near death for weeks. But due to Dr. Griggs, the nurses at Baptist Medical Center and the staff at Jim Thorpe rehab, she slowly began to learn how to walk, talk, read and write again. During this time she had many young people from Falls Creek praying for her as well as many people around the world. After her accident she was home schooled for a while and then went back to school and her church. Nicole graduated from Putnam City North High School in 2000. She was on the Principles Honor Roll and made the highest grades in School most of the time. The School often had Nicole?s name up in lights on a billboard outside showing that she was ?Student of the Month?. After High School she went on to continue her education at Francis Tuttle Vo-Tech., where she earned her degree as a Veterinarian Technician. Life for Nicole was great until 2005, 10 years after her accident she began to have seizures, the doctors told her it was from her brain injury. The seizures became more serious and more often until finally early Monday morning one took her life.rnrnNicole?s dream in life was to become a Veterinarian she had a love for animals and would try to help every stray that she saw. She was such a kind hearted, gentle young woman who never wanted to hurt any ones feelings. She always had a smile on her face when you would see her, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. rnrn She leaves to cherish her memories her mother and best friend Pamela Daniel of Seminole, Oklahoma, father Stephen Daniel of Hydro, Oklahoma, one brother, Brock Daniel of Seminole, Oklahoma, maternal grandmother, Maxine Davis of Seminole, Oklahoma and paternal grandmother, Ruth M. Daniel of Hydro, Oklahoma, uncle and aunt; Rick and Sherry Davis of Seminole, cousins; Zack and his wife Amanda Davis and Angela Davis of Seminole. She is also survived by her close and loved friend Chris Thompson as well as a host of other family and dear friends, which also included her beloved cat Boyd. rnrnNicole is now in Heaven with her maternal grandfather Jack Davis who preceded her in death in 2006 and paternal grandfather, Roy B. Daniel who preceded her in 1992. rnrnFuneral services are scheduled for 2:00pm. Friday, August 22, 2008 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Daniel J. Grimes will officiate the service assisted by Matt Riffle. She will be laid to rest at Little Cemetery in Little, Oklahoma. rnrnFuneral services under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole, Oklahoma. rnPallbearers will be Brock Daniel, Zack Davis, Stephen Harjo, Randy Siegel, and Scott Welt, Chris Thompson.
