Nicholas Duane Tilley, 16, Seminole resident died Friday, November 9, 2012 in Seminole. Nicholas was born May 9, 1996 in Ada, Oklahoma to Alfred Leroy Tilley, Jr. and Frances Lee (Bear) Tilley. Nicholas was a student at Seminole High School, he loved sports, playing football and basketball and lifting weights. Nicholas was a very talented person who loved to draw and won the Seminole Nation Art Contest in 2010. He loved to fish and haul hay. He was also a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Seminole. He is survived by his parents Alfred Leroy and Frances Lee Tilley of Seminole, Oklahoma; five brothers; Michael L. Tilley and his wife Danielle of El Paso, Texas, Brian K. Tilley of Holdenville, Oklahoma, Le R. Tilley of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ashley B. Tilley of Seminole and Duke A. Tilley and his wife Alexis of Seminole; three sisters Gloria and her husband Julian Fixico of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Carrie Tilley and Gina Tilley both of Seminole, Oklahoma. His girlfriend Chuska Tebe of Seminole, Oklahoma, and many other family and friends also survive him. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 16, 2012 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Stacy and Bill Hobia officiating. Burial will follow at the Tilley Family Cemetery in Okemah, Oklahoma. There will be a wake service 6:00 P.M., Thursday, November 15, 2012 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel. Casket Bearers will be Josh Linville, Tyler Jones, Tyler Combs, Jake Carbitcher, Monroe Carbitcher, and Brandon Carbitcher.
