Neva Grace Guinn

Neva Grace Guinn, Mustang resident, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 in Yukon at the age of 92. Neva was born on August 4, 1932 in Andrews, TX to William H. and Nora Gertrude (Whirley) Dearen. She was a 1950 graduate of Asher High School. She also spent parts of her life in Maud, Edmond, Meeker and Mustang. Neva married Tommie Noble Guinn on December 21, 1950 in Konawa, OK.

Neva enjoyed quilting, reading, working puzzles and canning. She also spent over 40 years researching genealogy.

Neva is survived by her four sons and daughters-in-law, Tommie David and Gloriea Guinn, Dan Charles Guinn, Guy Allen and Debbie Guinn and Bobby Kent and Connie Guinn; sister, Darlene Hamrick; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and many other family and friends.

Neva was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tommie Noble Guinn; sister, Oletta Guinn and granddaughter, Courtney Rochelle.

Viewing will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025 at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK. Neva’s family will greet friends and family from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025 at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Cummings Cemetery in Maud, OK with Bro. Mitch Williams officiating. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.
