Nettie Farrow

Nettie Pearl “Jitter” Farrow God wanted another flower for his bouquet and called Nettie Pearl Farrow home to be with the Lord on June 14, 2010. She passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 68. She was born on February 27, 1942 in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma to Jess Lee Mayo Sr. and Julia Faye (France) Mayo.  She married Roy Edward “Bill” Farrow  on July 13, 1959 in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.  They lived several years in Tishomingo before moving back to Seminole.  She was a member of the Temple of Praise church and helped with the Ladies Ministries, she loved cooking, gardening and sewing.              She is survived by her husband Roy Edward “Bill” Farrow of the home, three sons and daughters in law; Kevin and Gina Farrow, Sr. of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma, Mitch and Gayle Farrow of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Tommy and Janet Farrow of Seminole, Oklahoma, three daughters and sons-in-law: Connie and James Breedlove of McAlester, Oklahoma, Sharon and Duane Nance of Tishomingo, Oklahoma and Lori and Brett Breedlove of Seminole, Oklahoma, three brothers and sisters-in-law: Jess Lee “Pee Wee” and Pauline Mayo, Jr. of Kansas City, Missouri, John and Joyce Mayo of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma and Chester Ray Mayo of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma, and one sister, Juanita Lively of Muskogee, Oklahoma.  She is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Wanda Barton, Joyce Parker and brothers, Bill Mayo and George Mayo.                 The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at the Swearingen Funeral Home from 6-8 P.M. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 17, 2010 at the First Assembly of God at 420 East Evans in Seminole with Rev. Harold Turner officiating and Leon McDowell assisting.  Interment will follow at Little Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be: Kevin Farrow, Jr. Kyle Farrow, Cory Farrow, Kalun Farrow, Gregory Nance and Jayson Farrow.  Honorary Bearers will be all grandsons.
