Mitchell Lynn Quinalty

Mitchell Lynn Quinalty, age 51 and a resident of Seminole, Oklahoma, passed away from this life Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Cornerstone Hospital in Shawnee, Oklahoma. A memorial service is scheduled for 3:00 P.M., Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Living Faith Fellowship Church at 1101 East 10th Street in Shawnee, Oklahoma under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole. Pastor Charles James will officiate at the memorial service. Mitchell was born February 27, 1967 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to James Oliver Quinalty and Bessie (Locke) Quinalty.  He graduated from Seminole High School and married Mary Jean Weeks on October 19, 1988 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.  He worked as a healthcare supply delivery driver.  Mitchell was a member of the Messiah Temple in Wewoka, and he loved singing, camping, fishing, ministering, and taking care of his patients. He is survived by his wife, Mary Quinalty of the home; his mother, Bessie Quinalty of Seminole; two daughters, Rita Powell and husband, Chris of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, and Katie Davis and husband, Choya of Seminole; one brother, Michael Severns and wife, Joy of Seminole; two sisters, Mary Louise Quinalty Pitts of Collinsville, Oklahoma and Joan Ann Quinalty also of Tulsa;  two grandchildren, Nyla and Gracie Davis; niece, Gladys Renee Quinalty and great niece, Miracle Guthrie. He was preceded in death by his father, James Quinalty and brothers, Lloyd Quinalty and James Albert Quinalty.
