Mildred Haggard

Mildred L. Haggard, 90, longtime Seminole resident, died Friday August 2, 2018 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, August 6, 2018 at the Little Cemetery, North of Seminole, Oklahoma with Manual Rivas officiating. Mildred was born September 22, 1927 in Little Rock, Arkansas to parents John Cassell and Florence Ethel (Hatcher) Cassell. Mildred was a homemaker who loved to travel, collect Bird shaped salt and pepper shakers, work jigsaw puzzles and quilt. Mildred married Wallie Haggard May 2, 1952 in Seminole, Oklahoma. Mildred is survived by two sons; James and his wife Anna Haggard of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Larry Haggard of Guthrie, Oklahoma; one daughter, Bonnie Chesser of Seminole, Oklahoma; two brothers, Wayne Loudermilk of Norman, Oklahoma, Bob Loudermilk and his wife Lilia of Claremore, Oklahoma; many grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, John and Florence Cassell; husband, Wallie Haggard who passed away in June 3, 2010; one son, Tommy Barton; two daughters, Linda Chesser, Delores Gilchist; three sisters, Vivian Smith, Rose Longfield and Hedy June Martin and one brother, Jimmy Loudermilk. Viewing for Mrs. Haggard will begin, Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00P.M.
