Seminole resident Michael Larney, died Monday, December 26, 2022, in Oklahoma City.
Michael, the son of Thomas George “TG” and Mozella (Warledo) Larney, was born April 9, 1968, in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Pleasant Grove High School, with the class of 1986. He then attended East Central University in Ada. Michael worked in manufacturing for Commercial Brick in Wewoka. Michael enjoyed watching movies, playing dominoes, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Carla Rae Larney; and a brother, Sonny Larney.
Michael is survived by his brothers, Thomas George Larney Jr., of Seminole, Travis Larney of Wewoka, and Simon Larney of Seminole; sisters, Rebecca Larney of Hot Springs, AR, and Suzanne Deer of Oklahoma City; nieces and nephews, D’Angel, Caden, Carla, Tishina, Matthew, and Trentin; and numerous other family and friends.
Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, at Swearingen Funeral Chapel, in Seminole, with burial to follow at the Hitchitee United Methodist Church Cemetery in Seminole. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
