Michael Bear

Michael Lance Bear, 53 year old lifelong Little, Oklahoma resident, passed from this life in Seminole County, Oklahoma.  He was born September 21, 1965 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to his mother Nora Bear Lefthand. Michael was a member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma.  He graduated from Strother High School in 1983.  He worked many years and enjoyed his time at Shawnee Mills in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Survivors include one son, Ryan Bear and his wife Sandy of Lewisville, Texas; one daughter, Sheena Collins and her husband Jason of Copperas Cove, Texas; one brother, Sean Lefthand and Raney Fixico of Holdenville, Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren, Ayden Bear, Micco Bear, Justice Packhorse and Jayce Packhorse; Michael is also survived by a host of other family and friends. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Rev. Bill Hobia officiating the service. Casket Bearers will be: Justin Boone, Steven Ponkilla, Eric Lefthand, Dustin Lefthand, Zachary Lefthand and Jason Williams.
